It’s time for another 24-Day Challenge in the Bazyk household. I’m so excited that I just can’t not talk about it for a few minutes. There is something so completely liberating about taking one hundred percent control over my eating habits. For some reason I slipped into some bad habits between my January challenge and now, stuff that I normally never do. We’re going to chalk it up to the cold no sun weather that I was dealing with. So, I’m pretty pumped to get going with the cleanse and get back to five days a week at the gym. This week will be my first week with a gym membership again, so I’m pretty ecstatic. We all know that clean eating paired with gym time is where the body will start to see changes.

So, without further ado, here is some more info on the Cleanse Phase:

Cleanse Phase

Proper absorption of nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals is essential to maintaining a healthy body. However, periodic lifestyle changes may generate the need for a “fresh start” – that’s where the Cleanse Phase comes in. On Days 1-10 of the 24-Day Challenge, you will take three products.

These products, in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise, help to rid your body of waste and prepare your body to better absorb nutrients.* This isn’t the kind of cleanse where you drastically reduce calories or consume only liquids – this is the beginning of a healthier lifestyle!*

Today, I have a fiber drink in the morning, clean eating all day, Omegaplex (an Omega 3 fatty acid supplement) and an herbal cleanse. The first ten days is all about the reset button and allowing my body to get ready to absorb all the nutrients.
